Lovely rural double room with separate bathrooms

Kris and I are looking for someone to share our home. We are both professionals 33 and 38 respectively and I work from home in the main.

Our home is a detached dwelling sitting amongst 9 acres with beautiful views across the Northumberland countryside in the hamlet of Sparty Lea. The nearest villages are Allenheads and Allendale, the nearest Town is Hexham.

You would have access to a double room and the family bathroom which would be for your sole use. Access to the kitchen and use of your own fridge and cupboards . There are however no communal living spaces.

We have lots of dogs that live in outdoor kennels and a few geese , chickens and ducks. It’s a very rural location so if you’re looking for peace and quiet out place is for you. We do get Tesco deliveries etc so no problem with that.

Available in August. Includes bed, mattress, wardrobe, TV unit and wall mounted TV. Desk and chair.
