Bright & Cheerful Room to Let

I'm looking for a clean and tidy female to let my spare room to.

I’m a friendly and sociable person, who's in and out of the house during the day and some evenings with my job. If I’m not working I enjoy spending time out with friends and family or relaxing with a glass of wine and a good film.

My spare room is lovely and bright and is furnished with a chest of drawers, a wardrobe and a double bed.

My house is in good condition; it has central heating and double glazed windows. Shared bathroom, kitchen diner (with dishwasher!) and lounge (Sky+ and WiFi).

The sunny garden is well maintained and has a patio and a pond. It catches the sun all afternoon and early evening, perfect for BBQ's and a drink or two!

I do have a driveway, it's only big enough for one car so parking is on the road outside the house unless, of course, I'm away.

The nearest bus stop is a 5 minute walk away, and the number 58 buses take 30 mins to the city centre.

Arnold is a 10 minute walk where you’ll find a leisure centre, library, banks, dry cleaners and Asda amongst other handy little shops.
