1 x furnished double room

Cute Victorian 3 bed double glazed terraced house with large garden At present I have an attractive modern attic room with velux skylights, to let out to a working professional Equipped with lots of storage space, smart TV, double bed, table/desk, seating, tea making facilities.
I am a live in landlady and have to say this is not a party house with randoms coming and going ! Its nice and peaceful to come home and chill in and although we don't meal share or socialise together it is friendly and supportive. There's a large dining room, shared bathroom, kitchen and garden for communal areas. I work from home (and do my yoga!) in a seperate living area. Parking permits for outside my house are provided if needed. I live in a very safe neighbourhood so insurance is cheap.
The house is on a quiet road 3 minutes walk from Sainsbury and bus stop. It is within walking distance to all amenities in Arnold (5mins)and Sherwood areas. It is a 15 min bus journey to Nottingham with bus service every 10 mins to City. Less than 5 mins drive to City Hospital.
I hate clutter and unfortunately have a small (but well equipped) kitchen so no room for a dishwasher! Downside to this is I expect everyone to be considerate and wash (and put away! stuff after use.

NB Smokers ok but outside, not in communal areas.

****We do have an agreement (that is based on past experience-not because Im prudish lol) that to make it less crowded, more comfortable and equal for everyone, overnight guests are limited to 1 x week - or the odd weekend if they live further afield. It works!!
