Large double room, furnished, no deposit. £325 per month with bills included. Available immediately.

The house is in Daybrook, close to the City Hospital (easy walking distance). Situated just of Mansfield Road so easy access by car or bus to both Nottingham and Mansfield.

Room is furnished with double bed, wardrobe, couple of sets of drawers and a couple of bedside tables. There is also spare bedding if required. If the furniture isn't needed, there is a basement where I can store it instead.

Large 50" TV and virgin media in the living room along with a couple of sofas. Kitchen is also large and has all of the usual amenities.

My current housemate and I both work. We are both friendly and easy going.

I like to cook and if someone wants to share a few meals that's a bonus. Likewise with a sociable drink.

There is a garden for anyone that smokes.

On street parking only but its usually quite easy to park right outside the house.

I'd consider a short term let but minimum 2 months. Extra £50 a month for short let just to cover the cost of finding a replacement fairly quickly.
