The house is situated on a quiet cul de sac with friendly neighbours and there is a driveway. It has easy access to the A453 and is a short walk from the bus route into the city, which is about 15 mins away.
I work Mon-Fri full time and generally chill out in the week watching TV. I do not smoke and have no pets. I am looking for a likewise person to share my home with.
