Excellent public transport , plenty local shops and only a 5 minute tram ride from the University of Nottingham . We have a Marina , Attenborough nature reserve and also a lovely garden centre all with in walking distance . I do have a cat so you must be animal friendly nevertheless the house is very clean . It is only myself here but I do work so it will always be peaceful (apart from some music for the soul on the odd occasion.) I am a mother of grown up children so I appreciate your comfort and safety ❤️
Personal hygiene is a must, in your own room and around the house.
Bills are included and the room has a fire stick should you want to use it !
