Mains electric smoke alarms throughout and heat alarm and fire door in the kitchen.

There is adequate free parking on the road and in a car park outside , and a private garden.

Large secure storage Shed for tenants use (plenty of space for cycles etc)

The property is very close to the new tram station and all other forms of transport for Nottingham city including the train are close by. Beeston shops, bars and amenities are approx 10 minute walk. Nottingham University entrance 5 minutes walk

Students are exempt from Council tax if they provide correct information for the council

Non Students are liable for council tax. (£98 per month)
