2 Rooms Available in 4 Bed Postgrad House

Living Room

I'm a 25 year old male third year PhD student currently living with a Masters student (Marc) and 2 other postgrads who are both moving on at the end of the summer, so we are preferably looking for 2 female postgrads to move in in September.

We live in Beeston (NG92LG), which is the main place postgraduates live (it’s a little quieter and has nicer accommodation than Lenton where the undergraduates tend to live), just round the corner from a Tescos and Sainsburys and about half a mile from University of Nottingham West Entrance.

You have the choice from two rooms; they're both on the first floor and a similar size. Both rooms have double beds, a chair and desk, a wardrobe, drawers and shelves. The water bill is included in the rent and internet, gas and electric combined works out at around £30-35 per month.

Photos (I've not tidied the house or anything so you can see what it looks like with people living here/because I'm lazy):
1st Pic: Immediately on your left as you walk into the living room is a storage space under the stairs. The living room has two double sofas, and you can just see the edge of the TV and the dining table (folded up) on the bottom left.
2nd Pic: The kitchen has a combined oven and grill, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, sink (behind the washing up), fridge-freezer, washing machine and tumble drier. To the left of the fire extinguisher is the combi-boiler, so we get instant hot water 24 hours a day. The door you can see in the background is to the bathroom, just before that on the left is the back door.
3rd Pic: Our back garden, the landlords come round once a month to cut the grass. Bikes can be stored in the sheds.
