Large furnished room for rent in house

i am a university of Nottingham student working at the CBS and am looking for a new roommate starting 24th of april (sooner can be discussed). I am living in a house with a small front and a back garden, a garage and large living room. I am also living with 2 friendly loveable dogs. If you like pets, are reasonably clean, honest and fair and you would like to live with me please contact me anytime. I am sociable but not a party person (at least not in this house for the dogs and neighbours).
