Two existing tenants are Italian, one a female student and one a male working at Nottingham University after finishing his PhD. The third is a male PhD student from Germany.

Ideally, I am looking for a postgraduate for the room who wants to rent long term. Alternatively, someone who has finished university and is now working full-time. (Rent for non-students is £260pm which includes £50pm contribution towards council tax)
