Looking for another person (young professional/mature student) to join two professionals (biologist and doctor) in a beautiful 3 bedroom terrace house in Beeston for the coming year.

the house is in a handy location; There are good transport links to Nottingham city centre with Beeston train station only 5-10 minutes walk away, frequent buses and trams to Nottingham stopping 2-5 minutes away and good cycle paths. The town of Beeston itself has a good range of shops and facilities which are a 10-15 minute walk away from the house.

The house is ideally located for anyone working at Boots (less than 2 minutes walk), the University (10-15 minutes walk) or Queen's Medical Centre (30 minutes walk but 5 minute walk to tram stop which goes direct to the QMC).

On offer is a good sized single room. It has a comfortable bed, wardrobe, desk & chair, bookshelf and desk lamp. Communal areas include a sitting room, dining room, bathroom and modern kitchen. There is a small back garden with a shed which is ideal for storing bicycles.

Rent does not include bills. Monthly bills (Gas, Electric, Broadband & Water or council tax) total £25-£35 per person per month.
