kitchen fully accessoried, 2 refrigerators and freezers for 4 people total, wifi, TV, washing machine, iron and ironing board, everything for cleaning, private garden.

- Near to the Nottingham University (20 minutes by walk)
- Near to Nottingham city centre (20 minutes by bus)
- Closed to the bus station (5 minutes by walk) and the train station (15 minutes by walk).
- Very closed (few minutes by walk) to the all other utilities (supermarkets, shops, medical clinics, chemist's shops, hospital, government offices, post offices, banks, cafes and pubs).

I rent the room for 2 months because I come back to Italy from 16 of August.
My contract with the owner will finish on 16 of October. For this reason I rent the room at the same price that he take from me.

You can rent this room for a month or two months.

If you are interested to rent the room also for the next accademic year you can make a contract with the owner at the same price.

During the months of August and September could be only one housemate. He is a PCD student very quite and he stay at home only during the night.
