1 Double room available in a 3 bedroom house close to Beeston High Street and Beeston train station. Excellent access to the city centre and a 30 minute walk to the University of Nottingham Park Campus and 40 minutes to the Queens Medical Centre. There is free parking on the street although there is no allocated parking space.

The house is situated within walking distance of all the local amenities, a 24 hour Tesco, garage, Beeston High Street and 24 hour bus routes along Queens Road.
The property is fully furnished, with a shared bathroom, kitchen, dining room and living room. We currently have Virgin Broadband and TV installed.
The bills aren't included in the rent but they aren't very expensive when split between 3.

We are looking for someone friendly and who understands that we do work shifts. As both me and Richard are students we would prefer to have another student living with us although this isn't necessary.
