Top Floor Double Room with Family Bathroom

To rent is a top floor double bedroom in a three story, 4 bedroom (3 bed and study) house.

The room is large enough for a double bed, and furniture and has an in built wardrobe and is furnished with bed and bedside table.

There is a utility room with washer and dryer, and a study on the ground floor which are for shared use of all house mates.

The 1st floor consists of living room and kitchen both fully equipped. All tenants are responsible for keeping these rooms clean and tidy.

There is a family bathroom on the top floor and both other rooms have their own bathrooms so the new tenant will have the main use of this bathroom.

There is room on the drive for two cars, and there is always plenty of room for road parking as we live in a quiet close.

Both current occupants are professionals, working regular office hours.

We enjoy being social and there is a nice pub about 5 minutes walk from our house which also does good food, and there will soon be a tram stop about 10 minutes walk away. We are very laid back and easy going, looking for someone who is friendly and professional to come and join us.

Mature students and professionals only. No pets allowed, and no DSS. Our landlord is live out, but we are in regular contact with her. Our landlord will have the final say on any new tenants.
