4-Bedroom Shared House In Beeston

This is a 4-bedroom house on Wilkinson Avenue, Beeston. It has double glazing an emergen heater with central heating. The price mentioned includes all bills, as well as the tv license and virgin unlimited broadband.
The room itself is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, desk, swivel chair, a couple of shelves, and a window that looks out onto back garden.
There is a shared living room, kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen contains a microwave, fridge-freezer, and an electric hob/oven (no dishwasher or dryer). As well as shared utensils, crockery, and plenty of shared cupboard space. The bathroom is large with a bath/shower, clothes racks, towel hooks and a cabinet/mirror.
The house is located in a safe area, on the street off the police station. It is less than a five minute walk to a large Sainsburys and a Tesco Extra, as well as a gym, Wetherspoons, and Beeston bus station. It is a 15 minute walk to Beeston train station and a 20-30 minute bus journey into the city centre. It is a 20 minute walk to the University of Nottingham West Entrance (University Park Campus). Beeston high street (which can be seen from the end of Wilkinson Avenue) has a wide variety of shops including several charity shops, Costa, Café Nero, various restaurants, 2 post offices, a game and comic shop, and independent as well as chain stores such as New Look, W. H. Smiths, Argos, etc…
The house is currently occupied by two second year girls and a guy, two of which are biology students and one of which is an archaeology/classics student. We are creative and our interests include comics, board games, re-enactment, roleplaying, art and baking. We don’t do many group meals but we do eat together at times, and one of us is a vegetarian. There is a group kitty for household items that everyone uses (e. g. onions, butter, eggs, toilet paper, washing up liquid, etc.)
The house is available from 1st August 2015. A £250 deposit is needed ASAP, and a non-returnable reservation fee of £50 is also required.
