The home is a three bedroom home with two bathrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs).

Free on street car parking and large back garden with access to shed. The downstairs living area is very spacious and furnished with living room, dinning and large open plan kitchen area. I like to keep the house tidy and clean so it's homely, no smoking and no pets.

£90 a week including all bills, Council Tax and TV license.

The bedroom is furnished with the following:
- Double bed and mattress & mattress topper.
- Bedside table.
- 3 wall shelves.
- Double door Wardrobe.
- Small draw set.
- Blinds and curtains.

The house is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac within a few minutes walk from local shops, supermarket, bus station, train station and tram stops (Bulwell) for local links into and out of Nottingham City centre. With a bus stop opposite the house.

By tram it's approx 15 mins to Nottm Trent. It's also 10-15mins away from the city hospital.
