Room Available Mon-Fri Preferred

I have a single room available to let. I would prefer Monday to Friday let as I have my kids stay every other weekend, although they wold not use the bedroom being let. I am willing to consider whole week lets though.

I work away during the week so you will pretty much have the place to yourself most of the time.

I do not smoke, I don't mind someone smoking as long as it outside the house.

I am pretty easy-going, clean and tidy and expect this from others.

The house has pretty much everything you would expect, electric shower, central heating, broadband, virgin tv etc.
