This is a mon fri day let. Or a 7day short term let 6months - 9months
I am a live in Landlady who works full time over 4 days.
I have a Large Double Room with a king size bed, in my dormer bungalow NG4 area to let. There is off road parking in the driveway, which is situated in a private road in a quiet location in Carlton. The room is furnished and spacious. There is a television in the room , or share lounge with me, the bathroom is shared with just me. This has never caused difficulties in the past for male or female.. I have a well equipped large kitchen which you are invited to use should you enjoy cooking. Or a slow cooker if you want it ready for after the working day. There is broadband. I am happy to provide Bedding and towels , clean the room and was the bedding and towels on a regular basis. Bed also has a electric blanket!!. It is an easy quiet going household respectful of all. although i would like non smoking i am happy for smoking outside. There is a main bus route into the city centre every 10 mins or so. The City centre is approx 2miles. Local shops nearer. a local train station 1 mile, I have a large garden and patio area to relax in in the summer. if this may be of interest please feel free to contact for
