Double room in live-in landlord house

Double room.

My name is Carlos and I own a house in a quiet road in Carlton (NG4).

I am a Spanish scientist. In my spare time I like running, I do CrossFit and play football. I am a very sociable person and I enjoy the company of others and like eating out or sharing a chat and beer in our local pub. I also enjoy cooking and eating in. Maybe a movie or a board game.

I am offering a fully furnished double room; sharing areas include bathroom and toilet, lounge, and a very big kitchen. Outside there is a lawn, a back barbeque area and a shed. There is a boarded and dry loft with plenty of space for storing things.

The house is at about 3 miles from the city centre, but very well connected by bus. 27 service (stop is 200 yards down the road) runs regularly and takes 20 minutes to get to the city. Night buses run during Friday and Saturday nights and have a stop very close to the house too.

There is a small Co-op 5 minutes walk from the house and a big Tesco a mile away (on the 27 bus route). Carlton leisure centre is also 5 minutes away by foot.

The house has a high speed fibre optic internet connection (WIFI); there is a HD TV, Blu Ray player and land line.

A deposit of 625 pounds must be paid up front, together with another 625 pounds for the first month rent.

I like being comfortable and happy in my house, and that only can happen if you feel happy in it too. You can consider my house yours while you live in it.
