The house is in the corner of a cul de sac, so it is quiet, and there are no passing pedestrians. There is on street parking near the house, although the cul de sac is small.
The room is furnished with a small double bed, divan with two drawers, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. There is also an additional built in wardrobe/cupboard.
There is broadband, wireless, and Sky TV in the living room.
Smokers welcome but would have to smoke outside. There is a large back garden with a decent sized patio area.
Nearest bust stop is probably about 100 metres from the front door, several bus routes run to the city, which is only about 10 minutes by bus.
Sorry but no DSS, as I'm renting out a room in my home I want to let it to someone who is working/professional.
