Double Bedroom - in Quiet Location

I live in relatively new private housing estate in Carlton with my partner which is 10 minutes drive from the City centre (2 miles) and 10-20 minutes on bus (the bus stop being 5 mins walk from the house). The house is large and detached and situated in a cul-de-sac which is very quiet and relaxing with plenty of car parking off the road.

I have a double room available fully decorated with fitted wardrobes. All rooms are fully furnished and decorated throughout with 24 x 7 central heating and constant hot water. There are three toilets and two bathrooms fitted with power showers. The main bathroom/toilet will be yours (except for any ad-hoc e. g. if a friend stays over).

I have three reception rooms for relaxing some of which have 40" LCD TVs and access to Sky+ HD TV, DVD, Blu Ray HD, Video, motorized Satellite TV and unlimited wireless broadband internet all inclusive.

I also have a large centrally heated conservatory with SKy+ HD and DVD. Kitchen and utility room have all the mods cons. You must be a tidy person as I like to keep the house spotless clean without excess noise.

PS I have a beautiful Russian-Blue Cat who is very shy and house trained!
