Very contemporary fairly spacious kitchen/dining area great for entertaining with patio doors leading into a compact garden. 2 bathrooms one of which is a wetroom, both recently refurbished. The room is furnished with a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair. A separate fridge is provided for lodgers.

Nice quiet area with free on road parking available.

All utility bills are included - Council Tax is also included (if you are exempt from paying council tax then the rent would be reduced to £575 PCM)

PS: We have a dog, who is restricted to a separate room with direct access to the garden and are is allowed in to the rest of the house, without direct supervision from the landlords. However, if you don't like animals or are allergic to animal fur, the room would not be suitable.
