**Double room in lovely spacious house**

Seeking professional male or female lodger. Double room in shared house, with occasional live in homeowner.

Fully furnished, with built in wardrobe and recently decorated.

The House: It’s a four bed house, three rooms being used as bedrooms and one as an office. Office room would be available for some home working if required. The house is quite spacious with a large front room, kitchen & conservatory. There is plenty of storage space throughout the house, with outhouse & shed which I’m happy to be utilised for bikes and storage. Other amenities include: dishwasher, tumble dryer, two toilets (with bath & shower), internet and all bills included.

The Area: Cotgrave, located 10 mins from West Bridgford. Cotgrave is a quiet area with great transport links and nice local amenities including: local supermarkets, coffee shops, take-aways, pubs and a country park that’s nice to take a scroll through by the canal. There is a great bus service into West Bridgford and the city centre which runs right past the house. Access to the A46 by car is also really easy if you travel south or north regularly with your job. If you don’t want to live directly in town but enjoy being able to easily access the city centre then Cotgrave is well located.

Bit about me: I’m pretty active and laid back person, who enjoys living with other people. I’m a keen cyclist & kayaker, so I’m out and about quite a bit. For the majority of the time there will only be one other person in the house. As I have relocated but will be splitting my time in Nottingham for work once Covid-19 restrictions ease. I’m likely to be staying at the house every other week.

As it’s my own house I keep it clean and tidy and would expect someone to have the courtesy to do the same. But equally I want someone to feel comfortable and enjoy living there.
