Hi Im Emma, have a single room to let in lovely 3 bedroomed house in Langley Mill
5 min walk to train station and main bus route to Notts and Derby on the A610. 5 Mins from Junction 26 on the M1.
I have one bedroom myself and two others. Im 36 and have 2 cats, these are friendly but not a nuisance and dont go upstairs. I am fairly laid back and get on with most people.
The house has all mod cons, free standing shower and separate bath, washing machine, fridge freezer ect. Completely renovated at the beginning of last year with brand new kitchen bathroom ect, all new carpets throughout.
Rent is £325pcm inc bills, please see my pics for the house, I will update another one of the room after the weekend as at the moment I use it for a walk in wardrobe lol It is unfurnished at the moment, but if you would like it furnished please let me know and I will be happy to discuss :)
