I am currently looking for a lodger to ease the burden of household bills etc. I have a dog (boxer) who lives in the house but is no trouble.
I have three spare bedrooms of which one is a double bedroom but could be used as a separate lounge in addition to the use of a single bedroom at no extra cost.
Open for discussion regarding pets and addition extras such as Sky multi room etc. in addition there's off street parking.
