Large double furnished room - modern house Gamston

The Bedroom

My girlfriend and I live in a modern 3 bedroom property in Gamston. Our present lodger is moving out in the next few weeks and we are looking for a replacement.

The house is well maintained and has wi-fi, dishwasher and washer/dryer. At the back of the house there is a good sized lawned garden and a secluded patio. The location gives easy access to Central avenue or the A52 and very regular bus routes. There is also parking at the front of the property.

We are both very sociable, outgoing and laid back. I play hockey and football and am away from the house a fair bit and my girlfriend works some evenings and weekend. Week nights are normally chilled out - DVDs, glass of wine (or two!) as we both can be up quite early. Weekends are when we do most of our going out.

We are looking for a lodger that we get on well with and are very comfortable with when we are in together. We want someone who saves most of their partying for the weekend and who is tidy and considerate.
