There is communal access to the kitchen, lounge and bathroom areas with a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom consisting of both a separate shower and bath. In addition there is ample off road parking and a landscaped garden and patio at the rear in a peaceful environment. I am looking for an easy going professional person who is tidy, respectful of the property and who is happy to socialise away from the house.
