Don't have to bring any items as I have lots of spare towels/pillows/bed sheets etc and am willing to share all cutlery. First person to view will secure this highly desirable, sensibly priced apartment. Also, I will be away every other weekend and during school holidays, so will have flat to yourself a lot. However, must be 'respectful' towards the place! Please note that this place would be ideal for a professional as it is not a place to 'party'. I am a teacher who goes to work around 7am and arrives back at the flat around 5pm. I train at the gym around the corner most evenings.
