Luxury accommodation in village location

Own transport is essential as no access to public transport. We have one double room available, with King size bed and use of a shared bathroom. This includes all bills, off road parking and use of a separate kitchen.

Nestled in the rural village of Harby, 9 miles from Lincoln and Newark, this accommodation offers a tranquil, countryside escape. We are warm and welcoming in all seasons and the village benefit from a multitude of walks and cycling routes are right from the doorstep.

Ideally located for Lincoln Uni, Lincoln and Newark Hospitals, RAF Waddington, Digby and Scampton and Siemens.

We have two cats so it’s essential that you're an animal lover and don’t have allergies to cats.

The village is home to awarding winning pub -The Bottle & Glass, having recently won Lincolnshire dining pub of the year 2022. There are many beautiful countryside walks on the door step, including a route across the fields to Doddington Hall and Gardens which take approx. 40min. There is an also the national cycle path that goes all the way into Lincoln. Lincoln is approx 9 miles away (15-20 mins drive), Newark is 12 miles away (20 min drive) and we are well placed for the A1.
