Oak John Lewis double bed (quality mattress), triple wardrobe with hanging space and shelves, study desk and chair - you provide your own linen, personal insurance and groceries. Large Room measures 13'3" x 11'7" (4.050m x 3.53m). Share bath/shower room with one tenant in the other bedroom on this floor.

Ground floor shared by all 3 occupants - Cloaks/WC, Kitchen (with dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier, large fridge/freezer) and lounge/diner with large tv & 2 Large sofas. Small grassed garden for bbq's etc.

The present 3 tenants have been there for years and organise and share costs for a cleaner between them. The remaining two would probably appreciate a new tenant who could also contribute.
