Large garden with Decking and Bbq area to rear and large grassed area to the front. House fully alarmed. Full use and access to full laundry facility including tumble dryer in garage, dishwasher, microwave etc. Preferably looking for professional maybe working in the city. No preference on smoking but NOT in the property. Decking available for smoking. I would expect a reasonable approach to cleanliness but as I am rarely in the property the tenant would have full access to all facilities provided for cleaning etc.
