Im renting out my spare room there is a tv port in the room and all bills are included. All you will need is to furnish your room. There are 3 toilets 2 showers and a bath.
There is a garage but currently I do not have access to it.
I have sky TV and Sky internet. Don't actually have a phone
No dryer, not got round to buying one.
I have a cat who does as he pleases,
I work 50 hours a week and have 2 days off.
Just looking for someone easy going like me.
