About us - We are a fun, easy going, couple with busy social lives. We are both professionals:- Business Development Manager and Youth Services Manager working 9-5 most days although, occasionally may work evenings. We enjoy nice food, having friends over for dinner and socialising at the weekends. We are looking for a like-minded, considerable person to share our house with.

Location - The house is located in Kimberley which is a 20 minute car drive into Nottingham city centre or a 25 minute bus ride. The bus stop in literally just down some steps from the rear of the property and service runs every 10 minutes so very convenient. 1/2 a mile from J26 so easy access to the M1 as well as the tram for city centre access. Our house is located opposite the Nelson and Railway Inn which is a nice friendly pub and brilliant in summer.

Offered - We have 2 spare bedrooms in our 3 bed cottage and we are looking to rent the bigger of the 2 which is a large double. The room is currently furnished with double bed, 2 x bed side cabinets and wardrobe complete with 2 large draws. Ample space for additional furniture if you wish to bring some with you. The room can be offered un-furnished if preferred.

Rest of the property - Large modern kitchen with range cooker / open plan dining room. Open plan living room with Virgin TV and broadband internet. Music room / study. 3 double bedrooms and spacious bathroom complete with shower.

We would require 1 months rent in advance and deposit.
