Hi! My name's Matt and I currently have a room available to rent in my house in Kimberley, Nottingham.

Let's start with a little bit about the area...

My property is located in the centre of Kimberley placing amenities such as Sainsbury's, Wilkos and Boots pharmacy all under 2 mins walking distance. Kimberley offers great transport links being under 5 mins for junction 26 of the M1 and also located on a main bus route, making Nottingham city centre reachable in 20 mins and Giltbrook IKEA retail park in 5 mins.

-A furnished double bedroom with double bed, 2 bedside chest of drawers & a built in wardrobe.

-Your own living room with Sky (inc. Sky Sports) and a Sky+ HD box. This room is also furnished with a large sofa bed, 2 small side tables and a 40" lcd HD TV.

Also residing in the property would be myself and my girlfriend Sophie. So here's a little about us...
I'm a 29 year old full time firefighter and also work part time as a window cleaner. I'm sociable and easy going, love going to the gym, playing football and enjoy relaxing watching films.
Sophie is also 29. She's a mature student and is currently in the final year of her teaching degree. She is relatively new to the area having recently moved in to undertake her final placement at a school nearby. In her spare time she blogs about healthy food and enjoys cooking.

I'm looking for someone pleasant, sociable and respectful that me and Sophie can both get along with.
