This is NG16 2LP, Kimberley. There is no bed in room but it is easy to sort it out. Town is quiet and bus stop is literally 100m away from doorstep. Renting this house through agency and my flatmate is moving due to his wedding and wife related adventures. I want my new flatmate name to be included in contract.
I do not smoke and do not allow smoking inside of the house. No drinking or loud (loud means when neighbors can't sleep - i love neighbors) parties or music at full volume. I am basically almost always with my headphones on.
What bills i want to be shared are: rent, council tax, gas and depending on usage - electricity.
I speak Lithuanian, English, Russian and a little bit Polish.
