Double Room For Housemate/Houseshare

Hi! I am looking for a cheerful, chilled and tidy individual to share my house with. The house is in a quiet cul.-de-sac between Derby and Nottingham, easy commute to both - while also being 5 min walk away from town and near some beautiful lakes and long walks along the river. Also check out Clifford's if u fancy an amazing gym and huge spa health club 10 min walk away! I have a lovely long garden and sun facing decking for the summer (or winter if you fancy using my firepit!) The room is a decent size, with new carpet and drawers furnished with bed and has a built in wardrobe and TV point. I go away some weekends to visit family and friends so you can have the house to yourself, while other times I enjoy gym, cooking or just chilling out with my comforts and some wine. I am a cheerful and considerate housemate and look forward to having similar company. Off road parking too.
The pet is a big black rescue cat called Ryan: O)
