I have one very pleasant double room available in a clean and well equipped fully furnished friendly shared house, the room has a double bed two double wardrobes five drawer chest and two bedside cabinets, but you are welcome to bring your own furniture/bed if you prefer.

The house is a modern mid terraced house on a quite residential estate and was completely refurbished and fully equipped to a very high standard 18 months ago, an electric shower was fitted into the main bathroom just before Xmas, there is an additional downstairs loo, shared Lounge/diner and kitchen, there is plenty of storage areas/cupboards and a secure locking brick built outbuilding for bikes etc, all bedrooms have their own key, there is plenty of parking.

The property is two miles from the town center and a mile from Forest Town, there are excellent transport links to M1, A1, A38, A60 as well as a train service into nottingham city, and Worksop, the property is minutes away from a bus stop which runs a regular service into and out off the town. The new Tesco shopping complex with doctors surgery, Argos, Tanning center and gym is within easy walking distance. It stands on the edge of the forest with a golf club, driving range and rugby club just around the corner.

There are currently two male house mates in residence one working a shift pattern and the other works a normal day and is only there mon-fri.
