Three bedroom house in which you would be renting a double bedroom, with shared use of the kitchen, bathroom and communal areas.

Large bedroom, which can easily accommodate a king-size bed a large double wardrobe, with plenty of space left.

Bedroom is unfurnished. It does however come with thick carpet with underlay, double UPVC windows and of course curtains and is neutrally decorated.

I'm rarely in as I often stay at my partners, which gives you free roam of the house for at least part of the week.

House is equipped with 120MB broadband.

Kitchen is fully fitted with fridge freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, plus all the other white goods you'd expect such as toaster, kettle, iron etc..

You will have your own fridge and freezer for your sole use.

Bathroom is on the ground floor, and is shared.

I do expect you to keep a tidy house, helping clean the kitchen/bathroom and shared areas after use. I don't expect you to tidy my mess, nor do I expect to tidy yours. Oven is to be cleaned weekly on a shared basis.

All bills are included (Use of landline telephone is NOT included) and the rent is £300 to be paid at the beginning of each calender month or from the date you move in, whichever comes first. With a bond of £300 to secure against damage, theft and non payment of rent.

I will require to see at least a months wage/bank slip purely to see that you are able to afford the rent and have an income.
