Spacious Double Room, Part Furnished.

I have 2 double rooms, 1 part furnished, both open for re-decoration to your own tastes (if looking to stay longer than 6 months) rates are £85. 00 p/wk, this includes all bills, except the use of landline telephone. I have WiFi and bt tv which are all in on the price of the room.

The house has a shared bathroom, dishwasher and laundry room (washing machine and tumble dryer)
The kitchen, dining room and livingroom are what I'd call "neutral" zones and should be kept tidy at all times (ie no pots or food left about, General mess etc..)
I have pots and pans , crockery and cuttlery so you need not bring them, unless you really want to...
There is off-road parking available to the rear of the house, which you can get 3 small cars on the drive, however there is enough parking on the roadside to the rear.

I work away most weeks all over the uk and Europe, (monday to friday) so a clean and respectful person required please!

Room 1 (to thge rear) The approximate room size is 14 ft X 9 ft possibly a little bigger, there is ample room for a double bed, wardrobe, dresser, table etc...

For the size of rooms and ammenites provided this is a must see!
