Double Bedroom in Newark close to train station

We are a young professional couple looking for a lodger for our spare room in a 3 bed town house in Newark. We also have 1 cat and two kittens.

The room is a double bedroom room with its own bathroom and external storage cupboard on the top floor.

The house is next to the river and has good transport links, situated 5 min drive to the A46 and a 5 mins walk from Newark Northgate Station which gives easy travel to the following:

Nottingham - 40mins
London Kings Cross - 1h 20mins
Doncaster - 24mins

Rent will include all bills etc. and We will require 1 months deposit and each month's rent payed in advance.
