The house is in a quiet location in the village of Dry Doddington. 1. 5 miles from the A1, 10 minutes from Newark, 20 minutes from Grantham. Main line stations at Grantham and Newark. Bottesford station nearby for travel to Nottingham.

Large drive for parking. However there are garages near to my house which can be rented from the council for less than £10.00 per week and there is availability.

Rent includes use of kitchen, bathroom and living room. Wireless broadband and freesat television. Microwave, washer, dishwasher, fridge freezer.

My previous lodgers have included workers at Staythorpe Power Station and French university students doing their internship at a large company in Newark. They have all been very happy here, I have been invited to France for a visit or two!
