Double ensuite, furnished, sky tv, wifi, parking

I have a double room ensuite available in a 3 bedroom house. The bedroom is it's own floor with a small living room, it had ensuite, sky multi room tv and wifi connection. The main living room and kitchen is on the next floor with my bedroom on the top floor so out the way. The house is fully furnished to a high standard and kept clean and tidy. I'm 27 and work as a firefighter in Lincoln. I enjoy keeping fit weight training so spend most of my spare time in the gym. I'm a friendly sociable person and respect others own space. The picture doesn't show a bed however I will buy a new bed once a lodger has been selected. I'm looking for a respectable clean person.
