I have a spacious double bedroom available to rent with bay window to rent in my house which is 15 mins walk from the centre of Newark.
Unlimited Wifi is available and in the lounge there is Sky+. Lodger parking is on the street but the street is quiet. There is a garage to store bikes etc. The house consists of 3 bedrooms, a shared bathroom with shower, lounge and kitchen/diner.
At the back of the house which is south facing there is a leanto with basic toilet. The garden is landscaped including a patio and my pet rabbits live in the garden. Also a hedgehog friendly garden with visitors each night!
Looking for a new friendly lodger who is welcome to use the house as their home. Expected to tidy up after themselves.
