Newstead is a small village on the outskirts of Nottingham. It has its own train station and it takes 20 minutes to get to Nottingham. Hucknall Tram park and ride is also a short drive. Junction 27 of the M1 is also just a 5 minute drive away.
I live in a 3 bed terrace currently by myself. Looking for a house mate to share who is respectful of the property and its contents and easy to get along with.
The room is a double room. Unfurnished.
