Room for rent in friendly house

Hi there,

We are searching for a responsible, tidy, calm, and decent person to share a 3-bedroom house with us. The house is conveniently located near Chilwell Retail Park, which has nearby shops like Tesco Express and Lidl (just a 5-minute walk), and Tesco Extra (a 10-minute walk). The garage has available storage, and there's a parking place as well. You can easily access public transportation with Indigo (25-30 min to CC) or Skylink (20 min to CC) which operates 24/7. Two gyms are around 10 minutes away from the house.

We are friendly and keep the house tidy. We aim to get weekly cleaners to maintain the cleanliness of the house, which is already included in the rent.

You'll have a room with a double bed, a shared kitchen, a living room, and a semi-shared bathroom. There are three bathrooms in the house, with two en-suites and one shared, and you will have access to one mostly for yourself.

We have a cat, so we would appreciate it if you are comfortable around pets.

A little about us: I am a PhD student at NoU, working at the office five days a week. My friend works mostly from home but occasionally goes to the office.
