Double room close to Notts city centre

Eyup, I’m after a new flatmate as my current one is moving out at the end of June. I’m on a rolling monthly contract with my landlord so there’s no fixed term. Not got any requirements as such as long as you’re sound that’s it really.

I like to think I’m a considerate and clean flatmate, I work from home a few days a week. I enjoy the pub, football, climbing and reading.

The flat itself has got a bit of character with a nice open plan living room/kitchen and exposed brick walls. The room available is not a bad size. It’s about a 10 minute walk to market square and the arboretum is 5 mins walk so is in a great location.
