Room for rent 10 mins from Notts

I’m looking for a young, professional female to share my house with! I have a 3 bed house in Colwick, 10 mins from Notts city centre. I have 1 cat which is why I wouldn’t want more pets in the house - to keep Pickles happy! There is on street and off street parking as it’s a little cul-de-sac on a quiet estate. Ideally looking for someone around my age or slightly older as I’ve now come to realise that going out is not all that and want a quieter life, happy for you have people over occasionally as I would too have people over from time to time but no overnight stays. Don’t mind smokers but wouldn’t want you to smoke in the house please. There’s a couple of local pubs and retail parks in a 5 minute drive in either direction, loads of gyms to choose from, supermarkets and great transport links to town - bus every 15 mins to/from Nottingham and Gedling. There is a shared bathroom and no en suite but the bedroom for rent is right next to the bathroom. I work from home on a Monday and Friday so may not be ideal if you also work from home sorry!
