York House Room Tenancy Takeover
The tenancy agreement is due August 11, 2024. The room is available from May 1, but it can be earlier. The regular price for this room ranges from 185 to 200 GBP, depending on the time of the year. I struck a direct deal with the Student Roost for 169 per week. It is possible to extend the lease under the same conditions.
The York House is the most beautiful student accommodation in Nottingham. It is located 650 steps from NTU City Campus, and 50 steps away from Victoria Centre. The common spaces feature a gym, a shared kitchen, two terraces, and a multimedia room. Each apartment has six rooms and a shared kitchen.
