Stunning luxury house, 1 double, 1 single room

I completely renovated my house over 3 years to make it really lovely. I'm temporarily now in Amsterdam for the next couple of years with work, but it's therefore important to me to rent the rooms to people who will look after it and enjoy my house and massive garden.

In the last 3 years I have totally refurbished the house (new kitchen and bathroom, re-wire, re-plumb, new central heating etc) so it's modern, fresh, and really lovely. The area is very safe. Bus and trams are at the end of the road so very easy and just take 15 mins into Nottingham, and Junc. 26 of the motorway is just 2 mins away but not within hearing distance.

The house is fully furnished, all bills included, broadband, including a cleaner for 2 hours a week. The garden is massive and great for BBQs or just relaxing in the sun. The house is well kitted out with washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, double oven, microwave, iron and ironing board, large TV and DVD, Webber BBQ, sun loungers, and solid investment furniture throughout.

I have two rooms available from 1st Nov; a lovely big double room, and a great single room with a small double bed.
They're of a similar look and standard to the large double pictured which is already rented.

The existing flat mate is a 35 year old in his 2nd year of a zoology degree. Mike is very clean, laid back and sociable.
