Friendly houseshare in Mapperley

Unfurnished Double bedroom with shared bathroom available in our lovely shared house.
Room is unfurnished and bathroom is shared with one other person only so no long waits in the morning rush :-)

We are a group of mature working professional female housesharers. We are all laid back and friendly and very considerate of each other and respectful. We keep the house clean and tidy and are looking for a 4th housemate to join us :-)

We all work full time and have various other interests so we are all very busy but try to make time to chill out with each other a couple of times a week.

We have communal living room, kitchen, downstairs wc, dining room and large entrance hall. The house is a modern 4 bedroom detached property on Kent Road, Mapperley. Lovely quiet location but also very close to Mapperley top shops, bars and restaurants.

All bills included in the rent. There is a virgin TV connection and wireless broadband.

We have a nice garden too and also off road parking and plenty of street parking.
